Committed to producing functional ethical research, the RDO organized RESSS 7 and 8; two seminar-workshops on reference management at the St. Ezekiel Laboratory 2 last February 29 and March 2, 2020.

An integral part of any scholarly research is the use of citations of relevant works. The purpose of the seminar-workshops were to assist the students in learning another technique in managing their references in a much easier and faster means, which is using reference managers.

Ms. Ester Joy Macoy, a research editor, facilitated the activities. The significance of proper citations and the utilization of Zotero, a reference management software, was presented. The seminar and workshop was done simultaneously, wherein the students engaged themselves in the use of the new medium.

28 students from the College of Arts and Sciences, College of Business and Accountancy, and College of Criminal Justice and Education participated in RESSS 7. Meanwhile, the next session, RESSS 8, was participated by 31 students solely from the College of Arts and Sciences.
